Meet up and get some quick clarity! If you're on the fence about booking more coaching sessions (because it can be a scary step!), at least you can have a little time for free! This way, you see I'm a real person, and you can at least feel heard.
I've spent over a decade developing leaders. I can't help it. I must do what I can to listen/advise/coach/mentor/check-in. And whether we fit or not, I am a safe person outside of your normal sphere. I don't know anyone involved in this situation. I am an impartial ear who can tell you what you need to hear.

FAQs
What is your rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule, in writing, (email [email protected]) anytime leading up to the scheduled meeting time, with no penalties. If the meeting time starts, and you are unavailable and have not rescheduled, you will need to schedule a new appointment (if you still want to do it).
Do I have to be Neurodivergent to book this call or hire you?
No, my advice works for everyone. I have extensive experience in developing leaders from all backgrounds and neuro-types.
Because of my experience with people from different backgrounds, I have found that I'm pretty good at breaking concepts down to their simplest terms, and explaining where they may come from in the first place. This has worked just as well for ND people managers as for up and coming leaders from different cultures.
You may want to keep in mind that *I* am neurodivergent, and if you are unaware of that, my directness and mannerisms can be off-putting, at first.

I didn't like the association of "Discovery Call," (even though the actual name sounds cool). They tend to be more of an interview/sales pitch.
I'm not much of a sales person. I literally just like helping people. So I won't be very interested in pushing you into coaching. I will suggest it, if I think it would work between us. But I'm also just as likely to suggest other resources that could help, as well.

I’m an introvert. Will this be too intensive for me?
I sure hope not! I'm introverted, too. And ADHD, and Stage 1 Autistic. And not much of a sales person.
So, I'll probably jump straight into what's bothering you, skipping the small talk, and then backtrack a bit to do the general niceties that I forgot in the first place. I'll offer my services if I think I can help you and we're a good fit. If not, my massive amounts of customer service training will make me want to find some other option that might be helpful, instead.
