Get coaching, advice, and mentorship on your leadership situation at your pace! Many of us, whether it be because we're neurodivergent or Millennials (or younger!) prefer text over phone calls. Maybe you're burnt out on Zoom. Maybe you like to have the time to process what was said before following up with more questions or comments. Maybe you struggle to differentiate words when it's just sound and have to listen a few times to hear it all... I have the subtitles on for every app I stream! I GET IT! I'm happy to help you out via text and voice message (and I may actually prefer it!). Let's work with what's comfortable for you while powering through your leadership concerns.
Basically, you get access to me for a whole day on Voxer (a walkie-talkie app on your phone) and I snap you out of your leadership woes and get you moving!
Details:
Days run 8am - 7pm PST time. You’ll get at least a few hours, no matter where you live.
We can chat about anything related to leadership! Issues with employees, what to do in certain situations, visioning for the future, identifying priorities, work-life balance, boundaries, dodgy clients, communication best practices, etc.
You try to keep messages succinct(ish). Both voice and text messages are fine. I’ll likely reply with a mixture. I’ll try to be as responsive as possible, and we may be able to do a little back-and-forth, but do know it’s not like we’re on a call all day together.

What is your rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule, in writing, (email [email protected]) anytime leading up to the scheduled meeting time, with no penalties. If the meeting time starts, and you are unavailable and have not rescheduled, you will need to purchase again.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund up to 4 hours before the start of our Day of Voxer by emailing me at [email protected]. There is a 20% nonrefundable deposit to reserve your spot.
How will you protect my privacy?

What is Voxer?
Voxer is a FREE app/website where you can send voice messages and text messages (also free!). It also comes with an element of anonymity because you don't need to share your phone number with people to chat. You just need their handle!
So, after you purchase your Voxer Leaderline day, you will be provided with my handle to look out for!
