Get coaching, advice, and mentorship on your leadership situation quickly! Need a quick chance to talk out your current situation to brainstorm and problem solve? It's not quite the chat over coffee (well, tea) that I did as a courtesy for other organization leaders in my last job, but we're totally allowed to BYOB (Bring Your Own Beverage). The important part is that you feel comfortable enough to share your whole story and don't mind answering some questions to help you consider the best way forward for YOU.
Basically, you get an hour to chat with me over Zoom, and I snap you out of your leadership woes and get you moving!

Appointments are available Monday-Friday, 10 am - 5 pm PST time. If none of those times work, you can reach out to me at [email protected] to work out another time.
We can chat about anything related to leadership! Issues with employees, what to do in certain situations, visioning for the future, identifying priorities, work-life balance, boundaries, dodgy clients, communication best practices, etc.
You try to communicate the current issues and where you hope to end up, in advance. There's a section of the form to complete when you choose your appointment time. This helps to streamline your appointment and make the most of the time we have together!

What is your rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule, in writing, (email [email protected]) anytime leading up to the scheduled meeting time, with no penalties. If the meeting time starts, and you are unavailable and have not rescheduled, you will need to purchase again.
What is your refund policy?
You can request a refund up to 4 hours before the start of our scheduled appointment by emailing me at [email protected]. There is a 20% nonrefundable deposit to reserve your spot.
How will you protect my privacy?

What is Zoom?
Zoom is a FREE app/website where you can make video calls. A link will be automatically generated JUST for that call, and it will be private.
So, after you purchase your Zoom Leaderline hour, you will be provided with that link!

What does this process look like?
Pre-process: Download the Zoom app (if you haven't already)
Step 1: Purchase your Coaching Option (on the next page)
Step 2: Choose your day and time to redeem said option (the page after).
Step 3: Keep an eye out for emails from "@green-hummingbird.com"
Step 4: Click the provided Zoom link a couple minutes before our scheduled appointment time.

I’m an introvert. Will this be too intensive for me?
Absolutely not - I'm an introvert, too! It's still nice to see someone else's face occasionally, even if it is through a screen. I will send you an agenda and what you should consider ahead of time. Like you, I do not like walking into a situation that I cannot picture in advance. I get it.
Just remember: this is your chance to tell your story. And no matter how introverted you may be, it's very freeing to get it out!
